reCareered: .doc vs .pdf - What Resume format do HR departments & recruiters prefer? Page 2 I realize the date on this article is 2007 but it probably is true....I shall take the advice and make sure my resume translates the way I want it to in word and not make it only beautiful in pdf! How do you stand out these days? Anyone out there have a suggestion?
